Identity Service - Login Login instability / users unable to sign in

We are currently experiencing instability affecting the login service. As a result, some users may be unable to sign in or may experience intermittent failures during authentication. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We identified a new event that temporarily interrupted our Brazil login service for some seconds. Our team is investigating the root cause.

We have applied a mitigation and service stability has improved. We are continuing to closely monitor the platform login, to ensure performance remains stable and to confirm full recovery. Further updates will be provided as needed.
