    AEVO Gen AI Instability in Generative AI Features

    We are currently experiencing instability in the generative AI features of the AEVO platform due to an ongoing incident affecting the OpenAI API, which powers our AI engine. OpenAI is reporting elevated latency and errors on their API, which may impact the usage or availability of our AI-powered functionalities from AEVO Start Package. We are closely monitoring the situation with the provider and will update as soon as more information is available.
